General T.O.S.

Applies to all Terms of services down below.

  • Payment is sent before I start the commission

  • I maintain the rights to the picture [examples, posting, etc.]

  • I may take up to a week or two. If nothing happened during that time, please note me if I haven't already.

  • Refunds will only be done if I feel like I won't be able to complete your commission; be sure of buying.

  • You may repost your commissioned picture with credit.

  • You may use the art you commissioned for personal use only.

  • Don't claim the art as yours.

  • Do not make profit off of my work. [merch, etc.]

  • I will only send W.I.P.s if they've been requested. I won't re-do the entire piece upon completion.

  • I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.

  • Setting a deadline for me includes a rush fee. Keep in mind I might not be able to agree to the deadline.

  • Do not remove my watermark

Commission T.O.S.

  • Provide a REF or at least fullbody view of the character I can make use of! Digitally preffered to avoid picking wrong colors.

  • Small changes may be done after completion, such as adding a fur marking I forgot.

  • I can decline or raise the price if I feel like the character is overly complex/too complex for me.

  • You are not allowed to edit the image in any way. If the design has changed AFTER or DURING the commission has been made, that's on you.

Custom T.O.S.

  • Please specify what you want as much as you can. This way I can try to come as close as possible of what's requested. [Descriptions, gender, species, theme, moodboards, palettes, etc.]

  • I won't copy another persons OC.

  • Outfits can be picked [or described] by you, otherwise I will do so.

  • Changes such as adding/removing a marking, tweaking the colors a bit, are possible unless too complex and requested too many times.

Adoptables T.O.S.

  • Do not sell for a higher price than bought unless it has extra art.

  • The design may be resold, traded, gifted, ...

  • You can still resell it if you recieved one of my designs via trade.

  • You're allowed to edit the image such as adding/removing markings, tattoos, etc.
